Processing Times

Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Processing times are separate from delivery times. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

Royal Mail Untracked 48 (Free)

• Dispatch: Monday to Friday
• Delivery aim: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
• Cost: Free
• This service does not include tracking updates

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Premium)

• Dispatch: Monday to Friday
• Delivery aim: Next working day after dispatch
• Full tracking included
• Cost: A small premium will be added at checkout (typically around £1.15).
  The exact fee will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
We do not deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.

Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Royal Mail network delays
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal volume (for example, Christmas period)
